In September, Richard Ober, president and CEO of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, announced his plans to retire by June 2026. You can read more in the press release and in Dick’s letter to the community.
The Foundation’s board of directors has appointed a search committee, led by Chair Joe Morone, and has engaged national search firm Kittleman & Associates to guide the process. Ober will remain in his role until a successor is in place.
Today, we’re sharing the position description and launching the formal search for the Foundation’s next leader. If you or someone you know would be an excellent fit, we invite you to review and share the opportunity.
We will continue to keep the community updated as the search progresses.
