  • Senior Community Partner - Behavioral Health

    The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation has an opening for a Senior Community Partner – Behavioral Health (this role was formerly called Senior Program Officer).

    The Senior Community Partner – Behavioral Health is responsible for advancing the Foundation’s purpose and achieving equity, racial justice and economic security through community engagement, effective grantmaking, managing grant programs, advancing Foundation strategic initiatives, and informing donor-advised grantmaking. Senior Community Partners also develop and share community knowledge with staff, donors, and community leaders. This position is focused on supporting the Foundation’s substance use disorder (SUD) and behavioral health initiatives and the Greater Rochester Community Health Foundation (GRCHF), a supporting organization of the Charitable Foundation. Duties will also include contributing as a team member to advancing other identified strategic initiatives. The position requires regular presence in the Concord office and statewide travel.

    The starting salary range for the Senior Community Partner position is $92,234 to $96,334 commensurate with experience.

  • Director of Organizational Learning and Talent Development

    The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation has an opening for a Director of Organizational Learning and Talent Development

    The Director of Organizational Learning and Talent Development serves as the programmatic and operational leader for organization-level learning and talent development strategies and promotes a culture of learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement across the Foundation. They will provide high-level support to the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the Foundation can attract, develop, and retain the talent we need to deliver on our Strategic Plan.   • Donor Services Manager (Two open positions)

    The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation has openings for two Donor Services Managers.

    The Donor Services Manager will maintain strong relationships with donors, colleagues, and key constituents by developing, marketing, and supporting stewardship strategies tailored to individual philanthropic goals in partnership with colleagues in the Donor Engagement and Philanthropy Services department. This role requires frequent cross-departmental communication and collaboration to provide and/or coordinate the highest quality service possible in an efficient and effective manner.

    The starting salary range for the Donor Services Manager position is $61,000 to $64,000  commensurate with experience.
