Important details for registrants:

Parking
Complimentary parking is available in the garage attached to the hotel. Please remember to bring your ticket with you for validation.

Registration
No proof of registration is needed. We will have a nametag ready for you.

Prior registration is required to attend. We are at the venue’s capacity, so we ask that you please do not bring additional guests.

Program
Dress is business casual.
CART (live captioning) services will be provided.
Water will be available.
This event will have open seating — please sit wherever you’d like!

Reception
Complimentary beverages (including beer and wine) and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Gluten-free and vegan options will be available.
Seating will be available in the lobby and ballroom during the reception.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located off the assembly area, across from the entrance to the armory.
An all-gender restroom is available in the hotel lobby area, at the rear of the lounge.
