Upgrading our systems

The Foundation is updating our online fund management portal and core software systems so we can better serve our New Hampshire community.

May 27, 2025

Thank you for your patience as we upgraded the Foundation’s core software systems — including MyNHCF, our online donor portal. These improvements will help us better serve you, our fundholders, and our New Hampshire community.

The new and improved MyNHCF is now live! We hope you’ll find it a useful and intuitive tool for managing your fund. Getting started is easy:

  1. Go to the new MyNHCF login page: https://nhcf.fcsuite.com/erp/portal
  2. Click “Login with email”
  3. Enter your primary email address (the same email address this message was sent to)
  4. You’ll receive an email with a PIN
-The PIN is valid for 6 minutes
-The email will come from ab-ercyl@spfhvgr.pbz
-Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive the email
  5. Enter the PIN and click “Login”
  6. You’ll land on your login page where you can click “Set password” to create your password
  7. Your username is set to the email address we have on file. You can update it anytime by clicking “Change username” in the upper right-hand corner

Once you’re logged in, you are ready to explore MyNHCF.
Click “My Funds” at the top of the screen to view your fund. From there, use the left-hand navigation to:

  • View contributions to your fund
  • Review grants and interfund transfers
  • Create and manage grant requests (if applicable)

Fund statements will be available starting in July with our Q2 statements.
We’ll notify you by email when these are ready. If you prefer to continue receiving printed statements, contact qbabefreivprf@aups.bet or your Foundation representative.

A portal guide is also available to help answer common questions and help you get started.

If you need further assistance, we’re here to help!

April 15, 2025

We’re excited to share that next month we will be upgrading the Foundation’s core software systems — including MyNHCF, our online donor portal. These improvements will help us better serve you, our fundholders, and our New Hampshire community.

With these upgrades, you will now be able to:

  • Invest new gifts more quickly — New contributions to your fund will be invested within two weeks of receipt, rather than quarterly.
  • Access quarterly fund statements online — Beginning in July, fundholders can view statements anytime through MyNHCF.
  • Keep donor-advised funds fully invested until grants are recommended — The annual charitable distribution for grantmaking will no longer be held in cash.
  • Streamline your grantmaking — Browse a searchable database of nonprofit organizations and view your past grant recommendations to make regranting easier.

Our team has been planning this transition for more than a year to ensure a smooth rollout and minimal disruption to you. However, as we move to our new systems, we will need to modify some of our services.

Important dates and announcements:

  • MyNHCF access will be down Friday, May 9 at noon through Tuesday, May 27.
All services will resume on Tuesday, May 27.
  • Donor-advised fund grant recommendations must be submitted by Friday, May 9 at noon. All grant recommendations received by this time will be processed and grant checks mailed the following week. Between May 9 and May 27, you may continue submitting grant recommendations by:

– Using our online form (Available at nhcf.org/MyNHCF starting May 9).
– Emailing qbabefreivprf@aups.bet or your Foundation contact.

Please note: these grant recommendations will not be processed until the week of June 9. We will notify you via email once the recommendations are processed.

  • On Tuesday, May 27, once our upgraded systems are live, we will email you a link to log in to MyNHCF. We will also notify you via email with any adjustments to this schedule. You can also check nhcf.org/MyNHCF for updates at any time.
  • Online fund statements will begin in July, with Q2 statements posted in MyNHCF. If you prefer to continue receiving printed statements, please let us know by Monday, June 30 at qbabefreivprf@aups.bet or contact your Foundation representative.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at qbabefreivprf@aups.bet or call 800-464-6641 (select Donor Services) during our regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
