Grant Change Request
Grant change requests may be considered in cases where you need more time to complete the work described in your proposal, or, due to changing circumstances, you need to revise the proposed activities and/or the budget.
Submitting the grant change request
- Email the grant number and request for a grant change request form to email@example.com.
- If you submitted your grant application through GrantSource, you will receive an email notifying you when your request form is available under the “My Reports” section of your GrantSource dashboard.
- If you did not submit your grant application through GrantSource, you will receive specific instructions on how to submit a grant change request.
