The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation is moving to an automated check payment service: Checkmint by Citizens Bank.

What does this mean for our grant and scholarship recipients? Grant and scholarship award notifications will now be emailed to you by Foundation staff and followed by checks printed and mailed from Citizens Bank.

  • Why did I receive a check from New Hampshire Charitable Foundation?

    It is a grant or scholarship award.

  • I received an email saying I will be getting a check from the Foundation. When will my check arrive?

    For grant recipients:

    You can expect your check in the mail within 10 days of the email notification. If the mailing address in the email is incorrect, please contact us immediately at purpxzvag@aups.bet so we can update our records and get your check to you.

    For scholarship recipients:

    Your award letter will include a date by which your check will be mailed, and it should arrive a few days after that. If the mailing address listed in the email is incorrect, please contact us at fghqragqbpf@aups.bet so we can update our records.

  • Why didn't I receive a grant award letter from New Hampshire Charitable Foundation?

    For grant recipients:

    A grant award letter was emailed to the email address on file at New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. If you are not sure which email address is on file, please email purpxzvag@aups.bet.

    Please check your spam email folder for the grant award letter emailed. The email will be from an @nhcf.org suffix with a subject line including “Award Letter.”

  • How do I change or correct the email or mailing address on file at New Hampshire Charitable Foundation?

    For grant recipients:

    Please email your request to purpxzvag@aups.bet.

    For scholarship recipients:

    Please email your request to fghqragqbpf@aups.bet.

  • Where can I find the purpose of my grant award?

    For grant recipients:

    The grant must be used for the purposes indicated in the grant award letter emailed to you. The email will be from an @nhcf.org suffix with a subject line including “Award Letter.”

  • Where can I find the Terms of Award for my grant award?

    For grant recipients:

    Refer to the grant award letter that was emailed to you. The terms of award can also be found at www.nhcf.org/termsofaward.

  • Whom do I contact if I have questions about a check or award letter that I received?

    For grant recipients:

    Please contact purpxzvag@aups.bet.

    For scholarship recipients:

    Please contact fghqragqbpf@aups.bet.

  • I'd like to thank the person who made this grant or scholarship award possible. Who is the donor? What is the name of the fund that made this award?

    For grant recipients:

    Please review the grant award letter emailed to you. The email will be from an @nhcf.org suffix with a subject line including “Award Letter.”

    The email indicates the name of the fund, or that the fund is anonymous, or that it comes from multiple funds, and includes information about how to thank the donors. Additional questions about the fund advisors who recommended this grant may be sent to qbabefreivprf@aups.bet.

    For scholarship recipients:

    Please review the scholarship award letter emailed to you. The email will be from an @nhcf.org suffix with a subject line including “Award Letter.”

    The letter indicates the name of the fund, or that the fund is anonymous, or that it comes from multiple funds. Please send your note of thanks to NHCF at 37 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301 and it will be forwarded to the donor. Additional questions about the fund advisors who recommended this grant may be sent to fghqragqbpf@aups.bet.
