To apply for grant funding from the Foundation, all New Hampshire nonprofits (defined as all IRS 501(c)(3) entities, except religious organizations) must complete the New Hampshire Eligibility Checklist (PDF)
If you are a municipality, government agency or church or nonprofit who is based outside of New Hampshire, you do not have to fill out this checklist. If you are using a fiscal sponsor, that organization must complete the checklist.
Submitting the checklist
The New Hampshire eligibility checklist is part of the online application and is accessible and to be submitted through GrantSource. All grant applications are through our online portal, GrantSource.
