    Title: Vice President of People, Planning and Administration

    Location: 37 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301 (Hybrid – up to 2 days remote/week after onboarding)

    Reports to: President and CEO

    Full-time | Exempt

    The starting salary for the Vice President of People, Planning and Administration position is $181,000, commensurate with experience.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President of People, Planning and Administration will shape a values-driven workplace culture, lead strategic planning efforts, and oversee core operational functions.

    What You’ll Do:

    Lead HR Strategy – Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI efforts, and progressive compensation and benefits practices.

    Support Strategic Planning – Lead the strategy implementation team, ensuring alignment of organizational learning and evaluation with long-term goals.

    Oversee Administration – Manage office operations, risk management frameworks, and related administrative functions.

    Manage Performance – Direct and develop a high-performing team across HR, talent development, and office administration.

    What You Bring:

    -Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational planning, and operations management.
    -Strong understanding of employment law, organizational development, and inclusive workplace practices.
    -Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills.
    -A combination of education and experience relevant to the scope of this role.
    -Willingness to travel in-state and engage in occasional evening or weekend work.
