Ritu Ullal

Physician, Greater Nashua Child Advocacy and Protection Program

Ritu Ullal is a family physician who has been providing care in the greater Nashua region since 2011. She grew up in Merrimack, NH and went to college in Cambridge, MA. After completing her medical education and training in California, Ritu returned to the greater Nashua area with her husband and her young children. Ritu’s involvement with NHCF began in 2018, and she has served on the Nashua Regional Advisory Board and various committees since then.

Ritu is committed to empowering individuals to have a voice in their healthcare decisions and has a long history of working with groups whose health needs may be underserved or marginalized. She transitioned from providing care in family medicine to working in the field of substance use disorder for several years. Ritu now serves as the greater Nashua region CAPP (Child Advocacy and Protection Program) physician, providing trauma and maltreatment evaluations for children and adolescents. She is familiar with many organizations in our community through her service of patients and connecting them to needed resources.

Ritu and her husband have two boys and live in Hollis. Her commitment to service and philanthropy is inspired by her parents Renu and Kedar Gupta, who have resided and worked in NH since 1985.
