Joe is the recently retired president and CEO of Albany International Corporation, a global advanced textiles and materials processing company based in Rochester, NH. He served as the former president of Bentley University and was a professor and dean at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also served as a senior policy analyst at the White House Office of Science and Technology.
Within the community, Joe has served on numerous boards including the University System of New Hampshire, Tufts Medical Center, Waltham Hospital, Massachusetts High Tech Council and Albany Medical Center.
Joe attended Hamilton College where he received his BA. He later attended Yale University where he earned his PhD in political science.
