Lucy Hodder

Director of Health Law and Policy Programs, University of New Hampshire



Lucy is the director of health law and policy programs at the University of New Hampshire, a professor of law at UNH School of Law, and a member of the leadership team at the University of New Hampshire’s Institute for Health Policy and Practice.

Lucy has practiced law for nearly 25 years. Two decades of her career have been dedicated to healthcare and public policy. Hodder most recently served as legal counsel and senior health care policy advisor to Governor Maggie Hassan. She served as an assistant attorney general in New Hampshire and was a shareholder in the firm Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C.

Lucy previously served as a member of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Capital Region Advisory Board. She is a graduate of Princeton University and Georgetown University Law Center.

Lucy lives in Hopkinton, NH.
