Jeff Meyers is a Director in the Healthcare Strategy group at Guidehouse, LP, assisting providers, payers and states as they manage the strategic challenges of the healthcare environment. As part of Guidehouse’s support of clients during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jeff has led the firm’s regulatory efforts in advising clients on federal and state COVID-19 response funding and the coordination of benefits.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Jeff served as the Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services in Concord, NH from January 2016 to December 2019, where he led initiatives to implement a new Hub and Spoke delivery system to address the Opioid Crisis, a major behavioral health Medicaid waiver, the re-procurement of the state’s Medicaid managed care program, and much needed reforms to the state’s child welfare system.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has served in a number of public and private sector positions, including as Legal Counsel to New Hampshire Governor John H. Lynch, Legal Counsel to the New Hampshire State Senate, Assistant Attorney General of the State of New Hampshire, and Associate and Secretary of Kissinger Associates, Inc. in New York City. Jeff is a graduate of The George Washington University (B.A.) and of Georgetown University Law School (J.D.).
