The Charitable Foundation will be guided by the 2006 Strategic Plan over the next three to five years.
The goals in this plan build on work started four years ago. We will deepen and fine-tune our work with donors and professional advisors to unlock additional philanthropic resources, increase the impact of our grantmaking, and be more strategic, with a more highly developed structure in our civic leadership work. We do this to increase impact and synergy and to enhance communication with key publics.
This plan is the focus for the entire Foundation system. Based in Concord, the Foundation roots itself in communities across the state through its seven regions. Our goals are achieved through a combination of regional and statewide work.
