Recent Grants in the Nashua Region

In recent months, the foundation has made more than $123,000 in grants and student aid awards in the Nashua Region. Examples include:

Gateways Community Services received $5,000 for participants to attend ADSP on a reduced rate scale.

Greater Nashua Interfaith Hospitality Network, Inc. received $20,000 to explore business venture options and develop a business plan for an alternative funding source.

Home Health & Hospice Care received $20,000 to improve quality of life and functionality for patients with serious chronic illness through the Advanced Illness Management program.

Nashua Center received $20,000 to provide a campus based, structured and individualized postsecondary education program at Nashua Community College for individuals with developmental disabilities.

NH Coalition for Citizens With Disabilities received $20,000 to provide support for the Family Resource Center activities and the development of a sustainability plan.

Symphony NH received $20,000 for operating support.

The Youth Council, Inc. received $18,000 to redesigning the agency's business model to stabilize capacity.
