Donor Services Manager
The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation has two openings for a Donor Services Manager (DSM). These positions will work with, and in support of, a team of philanthropy staff. These DSMs will be assigned a territory that includes either the Manchester/Nashua/Concord/Piscataqua regions or the Upper Valley/Monadnock/Lakes/North Country regions.
The DSM will be expected to develop and maintain a solid understanding of Foundation initiatives, grantmaking opportunities, and the nonprofit network in their assigned regions. They will proactively identify opportunities for educating and engaging donors; support grantmaking by donor advised fund holders; and provide timely information and grant feedback to donors.
These positions are based in Concord, NH, though periodic work out of a regional office, and/or travel around the state may be required.
Our new team members will be experienced professionals with demonstrated success in building trusted, donor-centered relationships. A successful candidate will have a BA/BS with at least five years of related work experience, including high-level customer service experience in situations requiring discretion and personalized service. Strong communication and software skills, as well as demonstrated abilities to manage multiple priorities, be self-directed, and work in teams are important.
