Senior Investment Operations Associate
The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation is recruiting to fill the position of Senior Investment Operations Associate in our Finance Department to provide a range of support for the investment and financial functions as well as administrative support for the Vice President of Finance. Responsibilities include responding to investment emails, maintaining cash flow spreadsheets, preparing reports and analysis, supporting the investment reconciliation/close process, and providing administrative support to the Vice President of Finance. The position also provides backup for transaction processing, including gift and grant entry. Competitive salary and excellent benefits offered.

Requirements include a 2-year degree with a minimum of two years related work experience. This position requires demonstrated skills in organizing and prioritizing work as well as a high level of accuracy and efficiency and the ability to meet established deadlines. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to use discretion with sensitive and confidential information are also necessary. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with investments is preferred.
