Membership in EFNH is an easy way to give back and express your commitment to ensuring that our state remains a great place to live, work and innovate. You will have the opportunity to build a network of community minded entrepreneurs and investors from throughout New Hampshire. And, you - and your company - can increase your visibility by promoting your commitment to improving New Hampshire's quality of life through this exciting initiative.

Regardless of whether you've hit the jackpot or are working night and day to make that happen, Foundation staff will work with you to structure a gift that reflects your personal circumstances.

Individuals and companies are invited to join by:

Gifting shares of stock or other equity interest (e.g., units of a liability company)
Making non-binding pledge of a future gift of shares of stock or other equity interest, or a portion of a company's profits or proceeds
Gifting a non-qualified option (i.e., not an incentive stock option) to purchase shares of stock or other equity interest in a company
Making an annual gift of cash, stock or other appreciated assets ($2,500+)

Gifts to the Entrepreneurs Foundation can be used to:

Grow the Entrepreneurs Fund which will make grants to nonprofit organizations and activities chosen by ENFH members
Establish a donor advised fund (gifts of $25,000 or more) within the Charitable Foundation
Support other charitable interests in partnership with the Foundation
